3. Answering Surveys

If you are not registered, you will need to get the link to the Survey from the creator of the survey in order to answer it. They can share it via social media or give you a direct weblink.

Adding a Survey

When you use  the link the survey creator provided, you will also be automatically subscribed to their Channel. This means you will be able to see any new surveys that they create in future.

Alternatively, if you know their Channel Name you can subscribe to them by entering it into the search filter and clicking the Subscribe To button (make sure you have the correct spelling).




Answering a Survey

Do not enter any personal information unless you trust the creator of the Survey

To answer a Survey, go to the Survey section, find the Channel and expand it (if not already expanded), then click on the Survey you wish to answer. The survey will load up, ready to answer.




Completing a Survey

Once you have finished answering all the questions, press the Send button at the top to complete the survey. The system will have a quick check of your answers to make sure you haven't missed any questions, and if not will upload your responses to the cloud for the survey creator to see (if they have requested to receive the results).

If answering a Quiz you will be shown your Quiz score, and have the option to share it with your friends to see how well they do.

Please note that if you are using a internet  browser to complete a survey, you need to be online to send the response. If you are using the app on a device (ie Android/Fire/iOS) then the system will queue up your responses on the device ready to be sent at a time when you are back on-line  

Sending Offline Responses to a Survey on the Apps 

If you are completing survey responses on the app whilst offline, the responses will be stored on the device until you are ready to send then when back on-line. 
To send responses use the following steps:

Click the menu then choose surveys, to return to to the list of published surveys.

You will see there is a send icon at the top the screen with a message below as shown



Click on the send icon button and at the following screen, click the tick button




The system will now send any stored responses.
